We can now offer an alternative to coming into the shop to purchase our products, please read on for more information.

Click and Collect

We introduced click and collect at the start of lockdown and due to its popularity, we have decided to make this service permanent.

How to place an order

You can either place an order online using our contact us form or give the shop a ring on 01952 727409 between the hours of 6:30am – 1:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday when the shop is open. Outside of shop opening hours please use our contact us form and specify click and collect. All orders must be complete when placed but you are able to add to your order if it is before your collect, we cannot add items on when you collect.

PLEASE NOTE

If you place your order via the contact us form you will get a confirmation email within approximately 2 hours of ordering. If you do not receive a confirmation email, PLEASE get back in touch as it is likely we have not received your order.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE, due to our very early morning starts we are going to bed earlier than usual so if you place your order after 8pm in the evening you will not receive a confirmation email until early the next morning.

Please be as specific as possible when you place your order i.e. the size you require, how many people you are feeding, whether you would like your meat lean or fatty, any information that will help us to ensure that you receive exactly what you require.

If you are ordering Pies/Ready Meals, please ensure you specify which size you would like. Please refer to our cooked product list under products for more information.

Directions

To find the back door of the shop, come down the High Street from the Gaskell Arms corner and follow the road until it begins to narrow and becomes one way. Turn left here onto Back Lane, there is a small car park on your left, keep going, keeping right when the road divides. A bit further on to your right is our yard with a large metal gate, two commercial fridges and a big red banner with our name on it on the end of the building! There is some limited car parking in the yard. Come up to the collection point and a member of staff will come out to serve you.

Payment Options

Card payments are preferable Cash or Cheques are also acceptable, if choosing this method of payment, we will ring you before collection with the total amount due for your order, so that you can have this ready for when you collect.

PLEASE NOTE

We cannot give you the total cost for your order until your order is assembled on your chosen day of collection. This is because many of our products are cut fresh on the day to suit your own requirements.
